Mary Hallett was born and raised on the wild Alberta prairies. When she met and married TK Biggs in 1956 she could ride, rope and cook delicious meals on a wood stove including freshly brewed coffee. One of Mary’s favourite flowers were Morning Glories which vined all over the front of the ranch house happily greeting both family and friends. No morning was complete without a glorious cup of coffee and this tradition continues today.
Mary’s Morning Glory Coffee is an organic blend that is ethically sourced from Mexico and Guatemala. It’s a smooth medium roast with notes of chocolate, brown sugar and almonds, three of Mary’s favourite flavours. It works well with any brewing method.
