All of our sausages, patties, meat balls, bacon and hams are made without gluten, sugar, nitrites, dairy, soy, corn, binders, fillers, starches, MSG or any other additives. We only use certified organic single ingredient spices and seasoning that we combine into our own recipes.

TK Ranch was founded by Thomas Koehler Biggs in 1956, in the heart of the endangered Northern Fescue Grasslands of east-central Alberta. For over 60 years we have been committed to taking care of the wild prairie and producing the best quality beef, pork, lamb, and chicken, for our fellow Albertans.
On TK Ranch animal welfare and environmental sustainability are at the heart of everything we do. We believe that stewarding the endangered Northern Fescue grasslands to provide habitat for threatened species, while raising livestock to the highest pasture based animal welfare standards, is a win-win for nature and our customers. We offer convenient home deliveries to several communities across Alberta, or you can pick-up your order curbside at our little country store just 10 minutes NE of Chestermere!
We've been working our hearts out to provide Alberta families with high quality nutrient dense meat products for decades. It's very expensive to raise livestock to the highest pasture based animal welfare standards in North America. We anticipate it will cost $5/day to feed a cow if we factor in our fuel, utilities and other yardage expenses, but raising our prices to offset these increased feed costs would make our products unaffordable for most families.
